Song Garden
Remember dancing flowers – those 80s’ plastic sunglassed creatures that danced as soon as they were placed near speakers? Well, inspired by the resurgence in that era’s music, we resurrected them during our campaign for Sing Up – the charity aimed at keeping singing at the heart of primary schools – which saw thousands of festival revelers drop by to sing with the flowers at Glastonbury. There was even a rendition of Old Man Eavis Had A Farm in the garden which had lyrics and microphones peppered throughout.
The installation was covered by Guardian Online and other specialist and lifestyle media.
